Spa Guidelines

Guests of the Heavenly Spa by Westin must be at least 18 years of age to enjoy massage treatments. Guests age 16 years of age and older may receive facial treatments. 


Guests are encouraged to make arrangements in advance. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number.


To schedule your appointment(s), please call our guest service desk at 808.661.2588 or you may schedule online by clicking here.  

 

Guests staying in the resort may dial extension #2588 from your guest room.


*Please advise us if you are pregnant or have other significant health concerns when booking any treatments.

 

All services and enhancements in The Heavenly Spa will be subject to a 20% service charge which includes 17% for the therapist and the remaining 3% is retained by the hotel.

 

Arrival

Please arrive in your mask 15 minutes prior to treatment time to complete check-in process. Arriving late will limit spa time and will not result in a reduced service price. Cabana guests- please arrive in mask and swimsuit at the massage cabana 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

 

Caring For Our Guests and Associates

For the safety of all guests and associates masks are required at all times by Spa Associates & Guests. Guests are required to wear masks for the duration of their visit, except when not possible during certain services.

 

Non-Hotel Guests

All non-hotel guests must provide their Safe Travels QR code that includes name & test result upon check-in. This information is located on https://travel.hawaii.gov/ under Trips.

Cancellation policy

Staffing is scheduled by appointment only. Kindly provide a minimum of 6 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. For the mental and physical wellbeing of our associates and guests, anyone displaying symptoms of sickness will be asked to reschedule in two weeks. In the event of illness or allergy symptoms such as coughing or sneezing, please contact the spa as soon as possible to reschedule, no less than two hours prior to service. If outside business hours, please email. For last minute cancellations and no-shows, A non-refundable fee of $35 will be charged to the credit card or guest room used to confirm reservation.
