Spa Guidelines

Guests of the Heavenly Spa by Westin must be 18 years of age or older to access the spa amenities.. Advance reservations are required with a credit card. Please inform us of pregnancy or health concerns. A 20% service charge applies (17% therapist, 3% hotel).

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to treatment time to complete check-in process. Arriving late will limit spa time and will not result in a reduced service price. Cabana guests- please arrive in swimsuit at the massage cabana 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

For the wellbeing of our associates and guests, please cancel your appointment if you display any symptoms of illness. As staffing is by appointment only, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a 50% service charge.
